Before this, Joe was working in solar sales and saw just how chaotic things can get inside a solar company. It is never just sales calls. It is new enquiries, quote follow-ups, technical questions, customer support, installation updates, and everything in between. When teams are busy, calls get missed. Not because they do not care - just because there is too much going on.

That is where this started.

Joe saw how much time solar companies were losing to the phones and how easy it was for leads, support calls, and follow-ups to slip through the cracks. So he and his brother set out to build something better: a voice AI platform that could help businesses stay on top of it all.
