A Note from Founder Joe: From Solar Sales to Building yourcalls

yourcalls started with a problem I saw first-hand while working in solar sales.

Working in the industry, I quickly realised that running a solar business involves much more than selling installations. There are new enquiries to respond to, quotes to follow up, technical questions to answer, customer updates to manage and appointments to arrange. The list goes on.

When teams are busy, it's easy for calls to get missed and valuable leads to slip through the cracks. It's rarely because people don't care. More often, there's simply too much to manage at once.

I could see how much time businesses were spending on the phones, chasing enquiries and trying to keep everything moving while still looking after their existing customers.

I knew there had to be a better way.

That was the idea behind yourcalls.

Alongside my brother Harry, who brought the development expertise, we set out to build a Voice AI platform that could help businesses manage everyday conversations more efficiently.

We wanted to create something practical that solved a genuine problem, rather than technology for the sake of it.

With yourcalls, Voice AI Agents can help businesses respond to new enquiries, qualify leads, follow up on quotes, answer routine customer questions and arrange appointments. By automating parts of these processes, businesses can reduce manual admin and give their teams more time to focus on the conversations that matter most.

Solar was where I first saw the opportunity, but the problem isn't limited to one industry. Businesses across different sectors face the same challenges: too many calls, too little time and opportunities that can easily be missed when things get busy.

That's why we're building yourcalls to help businesses work smarter, stay on top of their enquiries and make better use of their time.

For us, it's about building technology that makes a real difference to the way businesses operate, based on problems we've experienced ourselves.
